Wellll...my cousin going to PTN at the NFFC Saturday seems to be related at the mysterious JUMP in my wants number on pinpics...now I have 98 wants instead of 61...guess I'm no where near done yet. Anyway, still looking for the pins on the front page plus the new ones I haven't added yet. |

Since my Alice collection is becoming harder and harder to collect I have decided to veer off a bit and search for other
pins as well.

Like you I have been searching for Alice pins and they seem to be either very popular or very scarce or both! I'm new to trading so I don't have thousands of pins, but what I have is all tradeable for the right pins. My Alice Wants.

My gooness: I'm a lot like you in that i can't really decide what i want to
collect more, alice or fantasia or maybe something else. I started on the 100's but gave that up and traded them for something else. good luck and i hope
you get at least one set completed. i don't think i ever will.

The Sleeping Beauty wants are actually my cousin's, not mine. And I actually only have about 20-30 more Alice pins to go!
So isn't it fitting that I branch out in order to stay in the pin trading loop? Yeah Masterpieces are going to be devinstatingly hard and expensive but I think they are truly a work of art.
And the rock and roll series is too funny to pass up. I hope I can get all of them in order to frame the set and display it somewhere in my house.
It's not like I'm starting to collect a whole new character!  "Don't be rediculous!" as the Mad Hatter would say.

And swim2sea, We have very similar wants. Alice is fun to collect but you have to really like it in order to stick it out and search for those ever
elusive pins! I've given my entire TinkerBell collection up in order to focus on my Alice one. It was a tough decision because of my harder Tink pins but
Alice is worth it for me.
I was either going to name my dog Dinah or Tinkerbell. For some reason my family threw a fit over Dinah so TinkerBell it was. Now I am so embaressed to call her that in public. Haha. Do you think after five years it would be easy for her to learn a new name? I so still prefer Dinah! |

I know what you mean. I'm giving up some of my Tinkerbell and Sleeping Beauty pins in order to focus on Alice.
My only two focuses are Alice in Wonderland and Fantasia. Don't name the dog Dinah. Tinkerbell is much cuter and you can always call her Tink for short.
I'm still trying to figure out to add links to my pictures. Any ideas? I have the three doorknobs that I had coveted for a long time and the playing cards. They were special finds for me. Swim2sea

I didn't name her Dinah. Her name is TinkerBell. I've had her for five years now.
