A very wonderful surprise LBE was in my mailbox today, so thank you very very much. (and...you're most welcome as well, glad to help :-) Peter Pan's Flight has always been, and always will be my favourite ride -- a perfect pin zap! A Halloween Hayride with Ichabod Mickey is such a beautiful pin, so nicely detailed and coloured -- much much appreciated. Taking a ride with Buzz in a little green car looks like fun, and calling Tink on my new cellphone will be so cool! Thank you!! I think I need to get in on the phone. How do you go about zapping someone? Are you just randomly sending pins to someone? Or are these pins people wanted?

Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	In this case, the pins were on my Wants list, so my anonyMOUSE zapper had taken the time to look up what I wanted before sending out the <generous> zap. A nice note was inside as well. Other times, Zappers send out a random pin -- it is always a nice surprise to get an unlooked-for LBE in the mail with a surprise pin inside it! With over 63.000 pin in the PinPics database, you can get a pin you didn't even know existed! My understanding is the original purpose of the zap was a random act of kindness, and some early zaps came with a note that said: " YOU HAVE BEEN PIN ZAPPED! This may not be a Holy Grail or a HTF pin, but hopefully it still brightened up your day. If you like this pin...Keep it! Or if you think someone else would like it, pass it on. If you decide to keep it, I hope you will send this note and a Disney pin to another pintrader! You don't even have to reveal yourself...just do a nice thing today! " Sometimes I've traded with someone and have their mailing address already, other times I've asked DizPins Mods for addresses. Free-form, do what you like, no rules really, anonymous or not, it's all about making someone's day a little brighter, continuing the magic of the 'ohana by passing it forward. One, two, or more pins, it is a reminder that there are wonderful people behind the postings and chats in our virtual world. Posting about getting a zap tells the zapper you got it and are very happy about it, and also lets the 'ohana in on the fun. Cheers, Bob
