Nice. No more than 20 minutes later I found another. Sweet. This got me to thinking about the time I once found over $100 in the middle of nowhere (no wallet, just cash blowing away in a grassy field). Yesterday I put a jar on my desk and decided I am going to throw all the money I "find" from now on in it. This includes change. So, what's the most money you ever found? At Disney or elsewhere? And what's the rule about trying to return it to its rightful owner? Just curious.

It was what I considered Mad Money. I always had the diary under my mattress and one day Mom decided to flip the mattress for me. I didn't think much of it but that next week when I went to make my bed and write in my diary (I'm not an every day kind of gal) I couldn't find the darn thing. I was sick as I started in January and it was now getting near Christmas and I needed to use that money for a few presents. I was sick as I searched the house high and low...I couldn't find it anywhere. A few years later I was cleaning out my closet and found a bunch of old notebooks and diaries...and there...still loaded with money was my diary! Needless to say I was thrilled and I took the money out and put it safely in the bank. ~* Noreen*~ My Wants My Traders

In the 1980s, my uncle found a paper bag with $12,000 in it. He turned it in to the police, but nobody claimed it, so he got to keep it!

She and her sister used the money to buy more Disney souvenirs!

We were walking out with a huge crowd. I actually felt nervous picking it up. I did not see who dropped it but I stood there holding it for a bit waiting to see if anyone came back looking. When nobody came I headed on to the buses and was thrilled with my extra $20..lol Ended up buying Ethan a potato head with it. When my sister and I were out at Toys R Us years ago we found a little change purse next to the video games with about $40 in it. Then of coarse I have found a random dollar bill here and there. My brother and I discovered some quarters under a washer. We continued looking under other machines until we were close to $20 in quarters. That was the most gratifying money find ever. I still look under the washers if I end up in a laundry mat! Michelle
