So far things are going smoothly. At least they were when I got there about 3:45. I picked up all of my sponsor's items, Cat you are going to love them,
and was out of there in no time. I think the best set she got was the 3D framed set. It is really neat in person. Also the gift pin bag is great. It has a
flap that covers the pin section and then a zippered pocket that you can use for stuff, like your wallet, keys, etc. I would say this was well worth the price
of admission.
I meet up with several of the Ohana for dinner at Boma's in the AK Lodge. This is a really great buffet. There are lots of different foods to try in addition to you usual buffet of beef, chicken and fish. They had prime rib, pork and salmon tonight. The prime rib and pork were great. Desert was the best. All around Boma's is one of the best buffet's on property, IMO. I met up with Stephanie, Michelle and Gary, Terry, Cathy and her husband Buster, and several others who's names I didn't catch. I am pretty sure everyone had a nice time, I know I did.
I went back to the Pin trading night to pick up the chip and dale pin and took a look as some of the up coming pins. Wait until you seen the super jumbo of the Haunted Mansion! Some of you might say it has too much on it, but it is very impressive! The cast memebers I spoke to said at this point they are planning on releasing this pin the same way they did the HM release's in April. With an edition size of only 500, I was very glad to hear that. Looks like I will be going into work late that day! OH, I saw Joette and Bill there. They were having a great time.
