Reader's Digest version.. 
Go to My Control Center and click on Account Preferences
Go to the signature box about half way down and click on "Use Custom Signature"
In the box below that, copy the url of your image as shown in the example below...

Make sure ezcodes is checked.. and scroll to the bottom and save changes!!
