yep my online order was for the set of villians only so maybe if you ordered the Jessica and Tink pins those orders are going through sicne there was more of
them?

So people have reported that the online orders are being upheld despite it being said that it was telephone orders only, so does that also mean if a customer
has ordered more than 3 of the same pin that this will also be honoured?
So what I am asking is if Disney Store are allowing the telephone ordering part of the rules to be ignored then are they also allowing the 3 pin part of the rules to be ignored? If they are then we are back to square one, fastest finger first to get your order placed. Disney are sending out a message here if you want to ignore the rules then feels free you will get them anyway. Now I must add that I do understand the reasoning of hedging your bets incase you don't get through on the phone and this post is not directed to those people, I am just wondering if they have already allowed people ordering over 3 pins orders to be honored as these are already all over the online auction site. |

I called in at 8:00am on the DOT and was on hold for about 12 minutes, and it was sold out. What is THAT all about? Anyhow, I guess this is another
opportunity to trade for it!! Any takers? LOL!! (We really only want the Jessica as Ursula)

Well if online orders are going to be honered thats great!
My BF and i both placed our orders online around 2:45am... (cali time) and as of right now we havent gotten anything that says they are cancelled and are totals stayed the same in order history.. So we will see.. (my fingers are crossed) Pin Pics Id: princesscinderella8

I just got a call- my online order was honored. He then asked if I wanted my other order (phone order) to be processed as well. I said to release them back
into the pool (I could have done it on the Boards, too, but this way is easier on my credit card...haha!).
So I assume they'll just toss those pins to the "next in line"... It works out well for me, because I got Ursula that way. |

I think it's possible that taking the online orders into account, that Jessica as Ursula was sold out at 8:00 or 8:01am- my sister's order went through
at 8:02, and Jessica was not available...

My online order was 1 villains set and 2 Jessica's with a few other items not pin related (that was at 7:47 a.m. confirmed, well nothing in DS.com is
confirmed but whatever) Then, I called at 8:00 a.m. and did not have a hold time, an agent picked up immediately (now that I think of it, phone didn't even
ring )!! That phone order was Tink Minnie, Cindy and Belle and 1 more Jessica. I got off the phone with the CM at 8:06 a.m. and then was transferredto a
Supervisor to ask about being to buy online.
Like I said before, maybe they initially intended the pins to be phone order but changed their mind last minute - who knows!!

shipped yet? It shows active on the top right.

What the heck....I'll throw another theory out there....
I wonder if they decided to honor the online orders because the call volume wasn't as high as expected. I also got right through, I may have been on hold for a minute which I though was pretty darn lucky. So....what if a bunch of people ordered online and then didn't bother to call in? Maybe in the end the orders they were able to fill online out numbered the number they had to say "no" to so they just went with it. Possible....but still doesn't explain why some early orders were canceled... |

But didn't someone's online order at 7:45 get cancelled? You should check WHY it was cancelled because I called DS and they said that my phone order
was on "reserve" since the agent entered the wrong billing address for my DBF's credit card... Maybe yours was cancelled for lack of proper
payment??

Hi I just got off the phone with supervisor Jeff he said all orders will be honored also if you canceled your order the pins will not go to the next in line
you will have to be one of the lucky ones to know when to call . I asked if he thought it was fair if all of the online orders would be filled he said no and
he was sorry that the people who followed the rules and called in did not get there pins so I asked are you going to limit the on line orders to 3 per order he
said he did not have that answer . so then I asked why doesn't Disney follow there own rules he said he doesn't know this came from the higher ups. so
i hope this helps ALL orders on line will be filled . so I canceled my order the only one i had i called at 8 am he said you don't have to cancel your
order but i told him i would not buy these pins if Disney does not go by there own rules.

Disney might as well go back to the online ordering free for all because this has been one huge failure. How can you set up a system, state the policy, have a
major issue, then just wipe your hands clean of it? Granted I got most of what I wanted, but would of preferred they stick to their stated policy. Bottom line
is they aren't going to turn one cent away, and would rather take all the money and run. Disney basically reinforced that if the button is there, it is OK
to push it. I guess their policy is to never turn down a buck. They are a business so I can't blame them. But alas, with all this craziness, no coupon
codes, and problems, how much more will we take?
