I am working away at Theobalds park conference centre in Cheshunt on both these weekends and if I can get a room is anyone itnerested in a 2.00 p.m. - 5.00
p.m. pin meet there. I need to see a ground swell of people against a date and I wills ee if I can get a room. Please respond here

Got this info from United Kingdom Disney pin traders on Facebook me and my partner would be very keen to attend would not be able to make 31st Oct as we have Halloween functions to deal with at work!Would probably be able to getsomeone in to run the bar for us on 7th Nov as nothing major on that weekend look forward to finding out more details! |

Its great that this is being posted all over the palce but unless I see a groundswell of people here telling me theya re coming I am not making this firm sorry
but I am not putting something on for a few people only been there done that up till a year ago when I stopped. Se I am going to a meeting at Theobalds aprk
for the work side on the 19th when I can ask for a room, dependent on what happens between now and then ehre will depend on whether or not I ask. I know I am
preaching to the covnerted but it relaly does seem that whilst people are hapy to talk in principal about a UK meet when asked to commit it ebcomes a different
story. This became my experience fater urnning a K grup series of meetings for two years and it seems it hasnt changed
I do hope there is some movement

Jacqui,can understand situation ur in me no worries if due to lack of people it dosn't happen at least u have tried!Me and my partner can make the 7th we
are in Exeter,Devon if anyone is saying no to attending due to lack of transport and thinks they may be on our route there please contact me as we have an
8seater we may be able to help u get there and boost numbers at same time!

Hi, I'm new to this forum, just joined so I could let you know me and my boyfriend are very interested in coming to the meet as we are down that way

Ok begining to look a little better I will make a dec ision on sunday before I go to a meeting at theoblads next monday as to wehther or not I am going to ask
the question. Dell I agree with you but when it comes down to it apart from the two eyars I did it this is the level of apathy which occurs when you ask people
to commit and why I stopped doing it. Somehow in principal people say they want it but in practice?
