Ron I am lost theya re going to sell the extra pins there are you suggesting we go and trade there rather than plaza gardens? They obivously think theya re not going to sell out of these dont they!!! Theya re probably right as well!!!

That would be nice remember from Phantom manor there are lots of tables and chairs there outside it would be a very good place I think better than the gardens

Dear Jacqui,
Not exactly. The pins for Saturday will be specially engraved, like the Phantom Manor pins.
The pins sold at the Sunday pin show, will not be specially engraved.
I doubt that anybody will go to the Plaza Gardens, I am sure that they will all go to the pin show. Especially as the "Pin Art" pins will be be on sale at the pin show.

I had addressed that specific problem several times with the Pin Trading Team after previous events, when the Event was on Saturday, I would (as many were doing the same) return on Sunday to trade in the park at Plaza Gardens but around lunchtime tables and space became an issue as we were often told that Plaza Gardens was reserved for paying guest of the restaurant across the street.... Several time we had security coming over and (maybe not on Event week end but on regular week ends....) we were told that we did not belong there...
At the last Pin Trading Night, I addressed the matter again with Nathalie, who is now the head of Pin Trading and she told me she was working on that but couldn't officially comfirm now as she was still needed autorizations and such but she had planned to find a spot in the park were we could go and trade on Sunday, a place were she would put out tables (but not 100 tables so we'll have to share and not take 6 or 8 tables each as it's often the case (thanks)) and even open a small pin shop were pins would be sold in case some traders needed extra pins....
Agreed the spot is a little bit far, as it will be next to the Pocahontas village in Frontierland but looks like we'll finally have a place for us to trade at a time where Plaza Gardens may be crowded with regular guests so it can be a good thing ? Don't you think ?
At least they're trying .....

Its fantastic and you are wodneful to persue this I agree totally with what you are saying does everyone know and finally where is the village I should not be confused but am I have no idea where it is in Frontierland. Sorry to be a bore. I am sure if you dont tell me ehre I will ask someone on the 20th

Ok, this is great, finally a place to trade, but... why are they always putting us in the most impossible places to find???
Isn't the idea also to promote pin trading and let other visitors get a taste of the pin trading experience, or doesn't they want the 'pin-nuts' to be seen?

I think this is a great idea. Where it is just means you will need to walk a bit longer but at least there will be no stress with the days trading.

to answer to that... in that case I don't think they're trying to promote their pins on that day or try to hide us from the general public, I just think they are trying to respond to a regular request we made of having a place the day after the Event for the people who have travelled far and who would like to be able to trade with the other traders without beein asked to move out of Plaza Gardens because they are taking tables that should belong to customers from the restaurants accross the street.
So that far away stop that is not in use for the moment was the best spot, I guess, and also they are able to set up a pin station there so in case people want to buy pins to trade with us, they can still make a little money I guess....
True, it's far, but I guess on the day of the Event it will be explained that the next day we will have a place to trade which is new and a good thing in my opinion .....if we're able to share table on that day....
