Amy is the director, I am producing (and playing the lovable mooch Uncle Max), Molly is the youngest von Trapp (Gretl), and Matt is the life of every rehearsal that wants desperately to be on stage... "in da show"! It has been three/four nights and plus Saturdays for the past eight weeks (and day camp for the children's choir/ trapplettes from 9-4 all week) but the end is finally in sight. Our kid is missing and we chicken-sat for two weeks for the IT guy that is putting the site together... yes, you read that correctly - they have poultry... not in nugget form... running about... actual livestock. Oh, the joys of suburban living. You really do have to love the barter system though. I'll work on Molly's pic - she's so close to her bangs being long enough to do the braids for the show! I love The Sound of Music and have seen it tons of times. Doesn't help that I adore Angela Cartwright who was in the original film. Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	There will be 6 performances of the The Sound of Music: Friday, August 1, 7pm Saturday, August 2, 7pm Sunday, August 3, 2pm Thursday, August 7, 7pm Friday,August 8, 7pm Saturday, August 9, 7pm We'd be happy to facilitate a small pin swapportunity after the matinee on Sunday the 3rd. The show will run just under three hours with intermission... but we could head over to my classroom (adjacent building to the church) order pizza and trade pins for awhile if folks are interested. No word yet on a podcast for those too far to travel... but there will be a digital recording/dvd made that I can loan out afterward via snail-mail!
