First of all welcome to dizpins.
And as far as i know, the disney stores i have near me, dont have castmembers that dont wear any lanyard's, what so ever. i'm not shure why i think they use at one time. and they should just make it fun for kids!

First, let me say 'Hi' and 'Welcome to Dizpins!'
I've never seen anyone at the Disney Stores wear pin lanyards, but I'm hoping that may change now that Disney has bought back the stores. I think it would be too awesome if we could trade pins with the CMs there as well as at the parks and at WODs. Stefanie

At the Disney Store at the Sawgrass Mills Mall in Florida I saw some Castmembers whering lanyards with HTF pins on them.

At the Disney Store at the Sawgrass Mills Mall in Florida I saw some Castmembers whering lanyards with HTF pins on them.I believe the reason this store has CM's wearing lanyards is that its an outlet store that gets most of its items direct from the parks. where as the actual disney stores in the malls aroung the US/Canada their CM's do not wear the lanyards .

Sadly, I have to agree. I have not seen Disney Store cast members wear lanyard pins or have pins to trade in about 8 years
Otherwise, the only the Disney Soda Fountain cast members currently wear pins. Hopefully after the wave of Disney store closings and remodelings is completed, they will allow their mall store cast members to once again wear pins. |

In addition to the Disney Outlet stores, the World of Disney store in New York City also has employees that wear lanyards. And they often have some nice pins
on them. I too hope that now that the Disney Stores in the generic malls have been bought back by Disney, that they too may at some time have lanyards and pin
trading, but I won't hold my breath.

They don't wear lanyards because basically they don't work for Disney, all should change and for the better now Disney have bought the stores back.
