The best trading is at CJDPT and the Parkhopper events - it's like being in pin heaven....so many pins; so many games; so much laughing......and the
trades....almost as good as the traders!
And, pinpics has also provided some mind-blowing trades.....that's how our Birth of Goofus Masterpiece pin came to live with us.... |

I wish by trading or events but no such luck..haha Never been to an event and trades seem to rarely happen since I don't guess I have a ton of the highly
wanted traders. SOOO..that leaves ebay. I have found some good deals on several occasions though so I can't say too much bad there. I have had to stay away
from there lately though..

i agree with jj, its the ohana, whether its buying trading or zapping they always seem to brighten peoples days and they have certainly helped anth and i get
some unattainable pins!

Lately it's been eBay as I've not attended a pin event as of yet. There's also The Ohana who have been great for picking up pins for those of us
who are park impaired (too far away from a park to be able to go on any regular basis...LOL).

Hello!
I have been at WDW all week with a family reunion. We have been to all 4 parks, and the lanyards on CM's have been just great! I have found lots of great pins both HM's and others. So I've had a blast!! And I have gotten 7 kids hooked on pin trading. But that means I need more traders!! LOL!! Blessings, Winnie

For me it is the Ohana...by leaps and bounds!!!!
Nearly all of my HG trades have come from someone in the Ohana trading with me by mail or in person...some have just "mysteriously" found their way to me. Either way, my collection would not be what it is without the Ohana! So, in case I do not say it enough....THANKS OHANA!!!!

I have found some good ones on ebay, but I think they are good on my scale, not on everyone elses! (meaning they are not hard to finds or LE100) I have gotten
a few good ones with trades through the Ohana... and of course one of my holy grails, from one special Ohana! Otherwise its my uncle who works in WDW or
friends who go there.. ah, it seems like my answer is all over!

I have searched Craiglist in our area to no avail. Most of the pins I have were purchased as traders or were traded for with CMs at the park. We don't have
a lot of money to spend on pins (with 4 kids) and dh doesn't share the Disney passion, so I buy cheap trader lots and love them as if they were low LEs. I
am admittedly leery of the auction site...it's too hard to tell good sellers from garbage sellers.

I have gotten some of my best pins through the Pin Trading Nights at both Disneyland and the one time I was able to attend a Walt Disney World Pin Trading

The best pin luck I have ever had is at the Animal Kingdom Park and the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I usually make out gangbusters at those two places when I visit
WDW. Then of course I have friends who get me pins from Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. :-)

Looking in the Classifieds and Craiglist is hit or miss. You can check the For Sale section and sometimes you get lucky.
Not much to it. If you can't find anything, then there isn't anyone selling anything right now.
