Candace, one of the great things about Disney restaurants is that they're VERY accommodating about pickiness because of food allergies, dietary
restrictions, etc. When you make your reservations, just let them know about your needs in advance so they can prepare to accommodate them - and in any case,
the chef will come to your table when you're seated to discuss everything with you beforehand to make sure that you'll get food that you can eat and
enjoy. As Kristi said, with the chef visiting the table to accommodate 3 people with food allergies, I don't think it'll be a problem to make sure that
you get something you can eat as well - remember, this is Disney, and everyone wants you to have a magical experience!
