I'm a bit frustrated because I bought 2 of the new surprise pins and while I was looking at them before I started to head to bed I noticed that one is missing a piece of the purple enamel it's supposed to have revealing the gold underneath. My Pin: Notice the gold on the right hand area where it should match the purple on the left side (It does on my other pin) Pardon the quality as it was taken with my cell phone Thanks Ryan

They were very good about it. They refunded my credit card immediately when I came back a week later and showed them the pin. All I needed was the receipt.

It could even be the case that this is a known error already. Looks like this piece might easily fall off. When I returned the Jack pin they had told me I wasn't the first and actually they were about to withdraw the pin from the shelves.
