I could have sworn at one point I came across individual pins of each of Ariels sisters and now I can't find them.
Do they exsist? I'm going to expand my collection to include mermaids.

The closest I recall is this frame set:
Pin 26679: DCL Pin Trading Under The Sea - Ariel Framed Pin Set LE20 I don't recall ever seeing the sisters out of this set.

The Disney Store recently sold a collection of small dolls and even a little PVC figure set, but not pins, maybe you're remembering those?

Lagoon? It's not Ariel's sisters, but each mermaid is an individual pin...
