There may not be releases this week as Disney is doing a site wide upgrade (for all Disney Sites) through 5-16-08 or 5-18-08 depding on how fast it
goes. Any updates to any site may happnen when there is a live person and not an automatic system like they normaly are done.

So far nothing new on Disney Shopping?
If anything, I feel so bad for everyone who normally stays up to even try and get "1"...........wonder what's up? It would be nice if they switched the time to normal hours, I would even take 9PM or 10PM EST 
Tried a few times to stay up, and then just decided it is not worth it..................if it was meant to be, we would get it in the morning or just trade for what came out

told us: they do not know why there was not a new release that did not come up last night and that they are putting some calls in and told us to keep checking back..............????? So not sure???? Dana dizneyusa

The customer service rep told me that there are no new pins to be released today...
I asked if there was a computer upgraded that was delaying the new pins being posted, and she said that had nothing to do with the release: there just are no pins announced to be released today....but she advised that I keep checking the site thruout the week. I again asked if anything was supposed to be released this week, and she said nothing was scheduled for today, and nothing for the week, but to keep checking the site. When I asked why I would want to keep checking the site if nothing was being released, she apologized for the lack of notice about not having new pins, and again said to keep checking the site. Sounds like something strange happened, cuz she kept advising to keep checking the site, but I can't tell if anything is coming out this week or not. Lot's of Double-speak, and frankly, it doesn't make sense that they would just cancel a release date, especially with the economy in the tank, it would seem they would be doing all they can to get buyers and sales. Bottom line: I have no idea. |
