Can't wait to see your HM and NBC ones that you do!
You can try using fabric stabilizer to stiffen up your fabric or sewing it in two layers with a thin layer of batting inside - that might help with the weight of the pins. Great ideas!

That's actually what I've done with the above banner, I think. I use an iron-on batting to give it strength and nice degree of stiffness. Thanks for
the suggestion...Great minds think alike! Going to WDW for my honeymoon during the first week in June, so will work on the other banners as soon as I get back!
