After searching for pins through Dizpins and Pinpics I was wondering if anyone had any further information on what happened to this pin after it was pulled: Country Bear Jamboree Playhouse/Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh This Limited Edition pin highlights the transformation of the Country Bear Jamboree Attraction to The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Big Al and Winnie the Pooh are pictured on this pin; the golden castle is a pin-on-pin. Disney Design Group Artist Lin Shih created the artwork for this pin. LE 1000 SKU: 9629101 Retail Price: $8.95 Note: Due to the spelling error on the pin, it will not be released. So does anyone know if it was destroyed? Or was it given to cast members at a pin party? Unlike the 3 HM ptotypes that were never released or the Goofy Tower of Terror DCA with the wrong date, I dont think these ever went out the back door

How odd that I was thinking about this pin this morning! It would be awesome to have these pop up this summer on the DLR pin carts. I doubt it will happen... it would be nice to finish that set with this pin. Do we really care about a slight spelling error? The PTN HHG had XXX on the backstamp. As far as I know, none of these were ever released anywhere. But along the same lines, what happened to the rest of the WDI error badges from last year? Save Small World from the marketing department! Please do whatever you can. Use the signature or create a new one. Do not let Disney add characters to this iconic classic built upon the foundations of peace and hope in the world!

Supposedly, I hear that they sometimes release defected pins at the cast party. Other than that I think that if it is coming out this year Ben may know, because he helped organize some of the APs that are coming out this summer. Thanks for the information so far. Let's hope some Disney magic happens and this pin magically appears!

Back in the day of WDW Pin Trading at All Star Sports Resort in 2004, when our youngest sister was able to trade off the kid board, she pulled off the TOT Goofy pin (Pin 29973: DLR - Twilight Zone Tower of Terror Opening Day (Error)). (Ouch that dates us!) There is no "AP" stamp or anything of that sort to imply that it is an Artist Proof/Pre-Preproduction pin. Guess it's just one of life's mysteries...
