I found one this past Friday and COAT at the Ho yesterday had quite a few of them in the pin books that were quickly snatched up. I can't give you an
exact number but from what I saw as one of the books pages were being flipped was maybe 2-4 pins per page. I was about 20 people back in line and they were
gone by the time I got to the front. The books also had tons of the the princess gems. Between my GF and I we were able to get her entire set of princess
gems and, like I said we were pretty far back in line when the books showed up and even when we got back in line again they still had a few of them left.
