Nikki is correct and those are the only pins I would wait an hour for (or an hour and a half)

How long I would wait is totaly determined by where I happen to be in location to it's release.

If I happen to be at DLR on the day some neat-o Ursula or NBC pin is released, I'd wait in line a few hours.

Would I travel to DLR just to get the pin? Nope. (I live near Sacramento.)

But I think that's part of what makes our community so awesome. Those who can/want to, do. For those who can't/won't there's always someone with an extra willing...

I voted for the 1 hour wait. But, that's only if I happen to be at the parks.

I used to do the over night thing at WDW years ago and had a blast!! But not any more. I won't even make a special trip/drive.
If I'm there, I'm there and get it. If not, I'll trade for it later.

I have done the over night thing and I have done the early morning thing, and I must say I will do it again. Many people hate standing in line and many think people are crazy for getting in line the night before. But the truth is, with the right attitude and a few friends, these times can be so much fun!

I lined up inside of DCA and slept on the floor during the 50th anniversary so that I could get the "I was there" pin. I'd line up for a week for that same pin again,...

I can remember the argument that I had with my BF on July 16th, 2005 when I wanted to camp inDLR's parking lot in order to secure the I Was There pin. He absolutely forbid me to do it, and then got really upset after he saw the pin and wanted not only one for me, but for himself as well. I managed to buy one on eBay (Original price for the pin was $8.50) for $187.50. I didn't care because I knew it was my Holiest of HG's so I was going to have it. It did retain it's value and...

I remember many pre-dawn vigils in parking lots outside stores and malls with other determined collectors.

That's why I could jump so easily into understanding the rules and rituals of pin collecting - I'd already dealt with the waiting and buying and trading and collecting in the beanie world.

Never overnight, but definitely have waited for hours! How many of us former Beanie Baby collectors remember waiting in long, long lines for those new beanie-ladened plush toys??

5.hours once for the pinbassador last year
didn't work out well and i'll never wait very long for a pin again
maybe just awhile but not to long!

I've never done the waiting at the parks thing for a pin, but back when I started collecting in 2001, I remember waiting in line at the DS each week for the 100 Years of Dreams series...I think sometimes I'd wait up to an hour or more before the store opened specially during the first week and the last because of the exclusive province pin. It wasn't actually that bad, because there would always be people in line to talk to and the waiting didn't seem so long. Rides on the...

I haven't done the overnight thing (yet) but I would absolutely for a pin (or pins) that would get me a once in a lifetime kind of trade.

So far, though, I have waited at least five hours (more probably - I've blanked it out I think ) on three different occasions for HM pins that I made excellent trades with.

Living in Japan I think that I'm the only collector/ trader within several 100 miles of Tokyo Disney or at least it seems that way at times so I NEVER have waited in a line for a pin. Even if I lived in the states I don't think I would line up for a pin. So here is a question for everyone......
Also if you choose option 3 or 4 What pin would that be?
