Thanks for all emails-wasn't expecting such a quick response and I think I have found the sponsors I need for the event and have emailed everyone I have heard from. thanks for all offers and will post if anything changes.

Hello,
My understanding is that the sponsors sign up, pay, and fill out the RSP forms for the event themselves. Disney then sends a proxy form to fill out giving their authorization for the person sponsored to pick up the event merchandise for the sponsor (not sure if this form has to be requested or is sent as part of a registration package). The person sponsored then mails the pins to the sponsor...usually not via Disney as it is very expensive that way. Hope that helps. If I get...

Laura and I are going for sure,but my other 2 don't care about pins , but would like to go to the event. You would get full rsp, gifts, and other pins.
