Cast Lanyard Pins and Hidden Mickey Pins are the same kind of pin -Cast Members receive these Company issued pins to trade with Guests.

Cast Lanyard Pins were introduced in 2002. Their name was changed to Hidden Mickey Pins in Sept. 2006.

My daughter and I are new traders; we just started in June on our first trip to WDW. When we came home from the trip, I was so excited to find DIZPINS and PinPics where we could keep trading, adding to our collection, and learning more about the hobby of pin trading. Then I started to read the threads about scrappers, etc and became very discouraged. BTW, I have several scrapper pins in my collection. I don't intend to trade or sell them, but if my chances of getting a legitimate pin of that design are very low (1 person trading, 200 wanting), then if the pin looks in reasonable shape, I'll hang onto it.
