Is anyone going to Pin Trading Morning at World of Disney this weekend? I have heard it will be the last pin trading event there as they are closing. I am planning on going and it will be my first time. Can anyone tell me a little bit about it? Do they just turn you loose in a designated room? Are there tables and chairs? Are their games? Do they have special pin releases? I am really excited to be going but have no idea what to expect. Do you think their will be a large crowd seeing...

Thanks to Donald for posting a summary of our usual pin trading weekend activities on a previous thread. This coming weekend's schedule is not much different from other CJDPT overniters- the plan we have used seems to work- so we're sticking with it.

If you are a first-timer, we suggest you bring all your "traders." You will be amazed at the wonderful pins for trade and you'll be wishing you had all brought all your pins! We ask that you bring munchies or...

Hello Everyone,

We used to plan a local pin meet here in the Detroit metropolitan area in Michigan. We used to meet at the Somerset Mall Disney Store in Troy that is now closed. Now, we have a newer Disney Store outlet at the Great Lakes Crossing Mall in Auburn Hills and the manager is Michael who is the same manager who helped us at Somerset. We recently spoke with him about organizing a pin meet at his store and he is willing to support us if we can get enough people interested....
