Can someone help with photo editing software?

Sorry to ask! I'm such an idiot when it comes to this stuff. I've got a small tile of the HM wallpaper that I want to duplicate over and over to cover an 8x10 photo paper for my HM Stretching room pins. Is there any quick way to do it with Adobe Photoshop Elements or do I just have to manually do it? I've tried that and it turned out ok, but it's really difficult to get it just perfect. What To Do With 3 Pins!!!!

I have 3 pins I bought back in August 2004 when I first started collecting/trading pins. They are:

Pin 32108
Pin 32109
Pin 32110

They are jumbo olympics pins that came out for the summer 2004 games. I have been trying to trade them out for 3+ years (I don't collect the characters that are on them anymore). I'm tired of looking at them and don't know what to do with them at this point.

Any ideas besides throwing them out or trading them to...

Lately I have lost my desire to trade and I am wondering if this is a phase or a more permanent change.
